Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. You will evaluate and treat patients by following an individualized plan of care after evaluation, in a SNF setting.

You will administer standardized speech/language assessments, conduct swallowing evaluations, develop treatment plans and monitor patients' progress, while collaborating with families and the treatment team to ensure optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Experience administering standardized speech/language assessments.
• Experience conducting swallowing evaluations and developing treatment plans.
• Strong communication with patients, families and treatment team.
