Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is actively seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. In this role, you’ll evaluate and treat patients by following an individualized plan of care following an evaluation, with a focus on SNF settings.

You will demonstrate strong written, oral and interpersonal skills, communicate effectively with patients, families and the treatment team, and conduct standardized assessments, swallowing evaluations, and ongoing progress monitoring to support

Qualifications

• Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication with patients, families, and the treatment team.
• Experience with administering standardized speech/language assessments, swallow evaluations, and progress monitoring.
• Knowledge of SNF (skilled nursing facility) patient care is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients by following an individualized plan of care after an evaluation.
• Provide clear communication with patients, families, and other treatment team members.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
