Job summary

LTC Therapy Services at Lowell in Lowell, MA is seeking a PRN Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our rehabilitation team in a skilled nursing and post-acute setting. The role offers flexible PRN scheduling and competitive pay.

You will evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders; develop individualized plans; monitor progress; and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, with diligent documentation. Active MA SLP license is required.

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts SLP license required.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Skilled nursing experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on resident needs
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment approaches as appropriate
• Collaborate with nursing and the interdisciplinary therapy team
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
