POST Rehabilitation and Wellness in The Woodlands, TX is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist for PRN, outpatient therapy. The role involves screen and evaluate patients, develop care plans, and deliver rehabilitative treatment onsite at the POST Clinic.

New grads welcome; outpatient experience preferred. The team serves adults and adolescents, focusing on communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders within an outpatient setting.

Qualifications

• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist license required.
• Outpatient experience preferred, new grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders, developing care plans.
• Deliver rehabilitative treatment to patients with communication, cognitive, and/or swallowing disorders, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Evaluate treatment outcomes, modify services based on patient evaluation, and make referrals as needed.
• Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, and other service providers regarding speech disorders.
• Generate comprehensive discharge summaries in line with regulatory requirements.
