Qualifications

• Completion of clinical fellowship year (CFY).
• Maryland, District of Columbia, and/or Virginia licensure as deemed necessary for your location.
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).

Responsibilities

• Provides evaluation services including review of patient history and formal assessments.
• Develops and implements individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Documents progress notes, reevaluations, and discharge planning in a timely manner.
• Collaborates with the healthcare team and mentors students or staff as needed.
