Qualifications
- Must have a valid professional SLP license in the state of practice.
- Graduate of ASHA accredited school, or foreign-trained with equivalent education.
Responsibilities
- Complete evaluations, assessments, and treatments according to care plan.
- Document all records accurately and in a timely manner.
- Follow established policies and procedures related to practice scope.
- Recognize priorities in patient care and respond appropriately.
- Complete all required orientations and trainings successfully.
- Perform additional duties as directed by supervisor.
