Job summary

PruittHealth Corporation is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a shared PRN position at our Lanier & Limestone facilities. This role focuses on evaluating, diagnosing, and treating residents in accordance with individualized care plans, while upholding all policy and documentation standards.

Qualifications include a valid state SLP license and graduation from an ASHA-accredited program. Foreign-trained applicants must have their education deemed substantially equivalent.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid SLP license in the state of practice.
• Graduate of ASHA-accredited school. If foreign-trained, program must be deemed equivalent by an approved credentialing organization.

Responsibilities

• Complete evaluations, assessments, and treatments per policy and care plan.
• Complete all documentation accurately and timely.
• Follow policies and procedures related to scope of practice.
• Recognize priorities in patient care and exercise sound judgment.
• Complete orientations, in-services, and trainings successfully and on time.
• Perform other related duties as directed by supervisor.
