Job summary

PruittHealth, a leading post-acute care provider, seeks a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join Therapy Services in Georgia-Louisville. The SLP will conduct evaluations, provide treatment, and document progress per individualized care plans, ensuring high-quality patient outcomes on-site.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid professional SLP license in the state of practice.
• Graduate of ASHA accredited school; foreign-trained must be deemed equivalent by ASHA-approved credentialing.

Responsibilities

• Complete evaluations, assessments, and treatments per individualized care plan.
• Complete documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
• Follow policies and procedures related to scope of practice.
• Recognize and respond to priorities in patient care with sound judgment.
• Complete orientations, in-services, and trainings timely.
• Perform other related duties as directed by supervisor.
