Job summary

Fox Run Village by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist on a PRN basis to support residents across the continuum of care. The role requires providing screenings, evaluations, treatments, and trainings in speech, language, swallowing, cognition, or voice therapy.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience with older adult population preferred.
• Current CPR Certification required.
• Current valid state license in Occupational Therapy Assistant where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language pathology services including screenings, evaluations, treatments, and trainings.
• Follow ASHA guidelines and company policies; ensure compliant documentation and billing.
• Support residents’ physical, emotional, and clinical needs within the continuum of care.
• Develop and implement residents’ care plans focused on personal strengths and routines.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical team to address residents’ needs.
