Job summary

Fleetwood Post Acute in Easley, SC is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for PRN assignments. You will evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders, collaborating with physicians and care teams.

The role offers flexible PRN scheduling, competitive pay of $35–$50/hour, and opportunities within a large SC network. Prior SNF rehab experience and PCC/Casamba familiarity are a plus.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active SC SLP license in good standing.
• Continuing education and state/federal compliance.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapy for speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans.
• Maintain documentation and communicate with care teams.
• Participate in care plan meetings and discharge planning.
• Conduct in-service training and staff education.
