Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current Ohio license as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP).
• Hold or have applied for the ASHA CCC-SLP certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with injuries and/or diseases that affect speech, language, voice, cognition and/or swallowing.
• Perform initial and ongoing assessments of patients’ conditions.
• Establish goals and plans of care.
• Perform therapy interventions using standard speech therapy techniques.
• Complete documentation.
