Responsibilities

• Provide therapy to maximize speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing abilities.
• Communicate patient progress to supervisor and team; assist with scheduling and post charges.
• Document patient care per Lifepoint, regulatory, payer and accreditation requirements.
• Instruct family/nursing staff in follow‑through programs.
• Maintain equipment and a clean, safe work area.
• Present to support marketing efforts and team education.
