Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech Pathology with eligibility for state licensure.

Responsibilities

• Implements the speech language therapy treatment plan.
• Selects appropriate treatment activities to progress patient goals.
• Revises goals/plan of care with patient/family input.
• Provides discharge instructions, follow-up and referrals as appropriate.
• Documents evaluations and progress per departmental protocols.
• Educates patients and families; collaborates with physicians on care.
