Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech Pathology from an accredited program.
• SLP license and relevant certifications required upon hire.
• BLS certification required or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor the speech/language plan of care with physician collaboration.
• Perform patient assessments and progress toward goals with family input.
• Document evaluations, treatment plans and progress per guidelines.
• Provide education to patients and families and coordinate referrals.
