Qualifications

• Masters in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop speech-language plan of care.
• Implements speech-language therapy treatment plan and progress toward goals.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff across departments.
• Provide discharge instructions and family education.
• Maintain documentation per guidelines.
