Job summary

Infinity Rehab is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our therapy team at Yampa Valley Healthcare Center in Craig, CO on a PRN basis. You will deliver evidence-based speech-language services to adults with diverse medical conditions, perform assessments, plan treatments, and document under physician orders, using NetHealth on a laptop or iPad.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in speech-language pathology required.
• Colorado state license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language services to residents, including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation, and communication under physician orders.
