Job summary

Infinity Rehab is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our therapy team at the Yampa Valley Healthcare Center in Craig, CO. This role offers a flexible work schedule and opportunities for continuing education and health benefits.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to adults with a variety of medical conditions including orthopedic, neurological, and cardiopulmonary
• Provide physical therapy services to residents, including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation, and communication and functions under physicians’ orders
• Supervise PTAs, directing and supporting them in the care of the patients you serve
