Job summary

Infinity Rehab is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our PRN therapy team at Yampa Valley Healthcare Center in Craig, CO. You will provide direct patient care to adults with diverse medical conditions, perform assessments, develop treatment plans, and document under physicians’ orders.

This on-site role offers a flexible PRN schedule, access to NetHealth for documentation on a laptop or iPad, and company support with CEUs, health benefits, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in speech-language pathology.
• State license.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to adults with a variety of medical conditions including orthopedic, neurological, and cardiopulmonary.
• Provide speech-language services to residents, including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation, and communication and functions under physicians’ orders
