Infinity Rehab is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our therapy team at Yampa Valley Healthcare Center in Craig, CO on a PRN basis. • Master’s degree in speech-language pathology required.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language services to residents, including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation, and communication under physician orders.
