Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist to join our dynamic team. You will evaluate and treat patients by following an individualized plan of care after an evaluation in a SNF environment.

The role requires strong written, oral, and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with patients, families, and other treatment team members, and includes experience with standardized assessments, swallowing evaluations, and developing and monitoring treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide patient care appropriate in a SNF setting.
• Strong written, oral and interpersonal skills work well with others and to communicate effectively with patients, families, and other treatment team members when gathering and exchanging patient condition information.
• Experience with administering standardized speech/language assessments, conduct swallowing evaluations, developing treatment plans and monitoring patients' progress.
