Synergy Care, Inc. seeks a PRN Speech Therapist Pathologist/SLP for Bethesda Gardens in Fort Worth, TX.

The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care and be a strong team member at a combined SNF and outpatient setting. Minimum requirements include a master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field, ASHA CCC or eligibility, and current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech Therapist.

Qualifications

• ASHA CCC in Speech-Language Pathology or eligibility for CCC process per ASHA guidelines.
• Current state license as a Speech Therapist or eligibility for licensure.

Job description

Synergy Care is looking for a qualified PRN Speech Therapist Pathologist/SLP for Bethesda Gardens in Fort Worth, TX . We are looking for someone who will provide quality patient care and be a team player. This location offers a mix of SNF and OP at an Assisted/Independent Living Community.

In order to be considered for this position you must have been awarded a master’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders or will graduate with such a degree within the next six (6) months. You must have a current American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA) Certification of Clinical Competency in Speech-Language Pathology or be eligible for the certification process by following ASHA and Synergy Care’s guidelines for Clinical Fellowship Year experience. You must currently hold or be eligible for a valid state license (where appropriate) as a Speech Therapist.
