Job summary

Synergy Care, an independent/assisted living community with an onsite outpatient clinic in Fort Worth, Texas, is seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in a full-time role.

You will provide therapeutic services to residents, collaborate with a supportive team, and enjoy comprehensive benefits including PTO, disability insurance, life insurance, and professional growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
• ASHA CCC-SLP or CF eligibility or CF-Eligibility.
• Texas license eligibility or licensure process in progress.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language pathology services to residents in an independent/assisted living community and onsite outpatient clinic.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must:

• Hold aMaster's degree or higherin Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders, or be scheduled to graduate within the next six (6) months.
• Hold a currentASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP), or be eligible to complete the Clinical Fellowship (CF) in accordance with ASHA and Synergy Care guidelines.
• Hold, or be eligible to obtain, a valid Texas Speech-Language Pathology license.
