Job summary

Clayton Nursing Center is seeking a PRN Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to evaluate and treat residents in our in-facility care setting. This role focuses on improving communication and swallowing, with a collaborative rehab team to implement treatment plans and monitor progress.

You will educate patients and families, promote independence, and contribute to a patient-centered care environment within our facility in New Mexico.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent.
• Licensed, certified, or credentialed as required in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat patients to improve communication and swallowing.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans for speech-language pathology.
• Collaborate with rehab team to coordinate patient care.
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence and safety.
• Provide patient-centered care in an in-facility setting.
