Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation to You is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for PRN coverage at Clayton Nursing Center in an in-facility setting. Qualifications

• Licensed, certified or credentialed as required in the state of practice.

• Design and implement rehab plans and work with patients to execute them.
• Collaborate with care teams and refer to other providers when needed to support patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and caregivers on skills to promote independence and productive living.
