Job summary

Synergy Care, Inc. in Many, LA is seeking a PRN Speech-Language Pathologist to provide skilled therapy at Sabine Retirement in a SNF setting. You will deliver speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing therapy to residents while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop individualized treatment plans.

The SLP will work on a PRN basis with a competitive hourly rate and direct hire through Diamond Rehab, supporting a patient-centered care approach in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.
• Current Louisiana SLP license or eligibility for licensure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Commitment to providing quality patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing therapy to residents.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement and monitor therapy progress and adjust plans as needed.
