Innovate Rehab and Wellness, a therapist- and veteran-owned skilled nursing facility, seeks a PRN Speech-Language Pathologist to assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders. You will address speech, language, voice, fluency, and cognitive-communication needs while helping patients improve function and quality of life.

The role involves evaluating patients, developing individualized plans, and collaborating with OT/PT/physicians.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active and valid Missouri SLP license to practice.
• CCC-SLP from ASHA preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Experience in speech therapy is preferred but not required.

Aufgaben

• Assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Provide therapy for articulation, cognitive-communication, and swallowing.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on strategies and techniques.
• Collaborate with OTs, PTs, physicians, and nursing staff for comprehensive care.
