Job summary

Diamond Rehab in Many, LA is seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, on-site role at Sabine Retirement. You will evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders (or graduating within six months).
• ASHA CCC-SLP or CFY eligibility.
• Current or eligible for Louisiana state licensure.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Provide patient and family education.
