Job summary

HealthPro Heritage in Greeneville, TN, seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist for a PRN, outpatient setting within an Assisted Living facility. You will evaluate and treat speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders, educate patients and families, and document progress with a collaborative rehab team.

The role requires a degree in Speech-Language Pathology, state licensure (or eligibility), and ASHA CCC-SLP certification.

Qualifications

• Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist, or licensure eligibility.
• ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) is required.
• Strong assessment, diagnostic, and therapy skills with excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Patient Assessment: Conduct comprehensive evaluations of speech, language, voice, and swallowing abilities using standardized tests and observations.
• Treatment and Education: Implement evidence-based therapies; monitor and adjust plans; educate patients and families on disorders and daily communication improvements.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of evaluations, progress, and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with standards.
• Collaboration: Work with healthcare providers to ensure effective patient care in multidisciplinary meetings.
