Job summary

Adoration Health is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to join our Home Health team in Greenville, AL. This PRN role focuses on patient-centered, in-home therapy to improve communication and swallowing goals, delivering 1:1 care in Butler, Lowndes, Crenshaw, Covington counties.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Current, unrestricted license as a Speech Language Pathologist in the practicing state.
• Current BLS or CPR certification per state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' speech or language needs and determine therapy requirements.
• Deliver 1:1 in-home therapy to improve communication and voice.
• Teach alternative communication methods as needed.
• Educate caregivers and team members on therapy plans to support progress.
• Document progress and submit visit notes per policy.

Education

Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology (ASHA-accredited)

One year of experience as Speech Language Pathologist

Current, unrestricted state license as a Speech Language Pathologist

BLS or CPR certification
