HealthPro Heritage is actively seeking a PRN Speech Language Pathologist to support our Outpatient program in an Assisted Living/Independent Living facility in Ohio. Start date anticipated Jan 2027.

Formación

• Education: Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Licensure: Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist, or license eligible.
• Certification: ASHA CCC-SLP.
• Strong assessment, diagnostic, and therapeutic abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proficient with EHR.

Responsabilidades

• Patient Assessment: Conduct comprehensive evaluations of speech, language, voice, and swallowing abilities using standardized tests and observations.
• Treatment and Education: Implement evidence-based therapies; monitor and adjust treatment plans; educate patients and families on disorders and communication strategies.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of evaluations, progress, and treatment plans; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaboration: Work with healthcare providers and participate in multidisciplinary meetings as needed.
