Job summary

Concept Rehab, Inc. in Columbus, OH is seeking a PRN Speech-Language Pathologist to evaluate and treat residents in a skilled nursing setting. Qualifications

• Master's degree required and Ohio licensure in good standing.
• CCC-SLP credential preferred; commitment to patient-centered care.
• Experience with dysphagia, cognitive-communication, and speech disorders is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents' speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on findings and goals.
• Provide interventions to improve functional communication and swallowing safety.
• Collaborate with nursing, physicians, and rehab professionals to coordinate care.
• Document evaluations, treatments, and progress per regulatory requirements.
