Job summary

Concept Rehab is seeking a PRN Speech-Language Pathologist to join our Columbus, Ohio skilled nursing facility. You will evaluate residents, develop individualized plans, provide therapeutic interventions, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support functional communication and swallowing safety.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Current Ohio SLP license is required.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification is required or in process.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on goals and findings.
• Provide therapy to improve communication and swallowing safety.
• Collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, and other rehab professionals.
