CHRISTUS Health in the United States seeks a Polysomnographic Technologist to perform polysomnographic recording, determine testing and treatment parameters with physicians and adhere to SDC protocols, delivering high quality results and patient care.

The role requires RPSGT certification by BRPT and BLS, with a preference for 1–3 years of experience. The position is offered on a per diem, PRN basis to support a sleep disorders service line.

Competenze

• Education/Skills: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Mansioni

• Assesses patient testing modalities and consults to produce optimal polysomnographic procedures.
• Evaluates sleep study equipment and inventory.
• Performs routine and complex equipment care, maintenance, and repairs.
• Scores sleep/wake stages and clinical events and generates reports.
• Adapts assessment, treatment, and/or service methods to age-specific and other developmental needs.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
