Job summary

The Center at CenterPlace in Greeley is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide patient-centered care within a short-term rehabilitation setting. This role offers PRN options for flexibility and focuses on delivering high-quality nursing services in a hotel-like environment.

As an RN, you will administer medications, assess patients regularly, communicate changes, educate patients, ensure the care plan is followed, and supervise LPNs and CNAs to maintain excellent patient outcomes

Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse license.

Responsibilities

• Administers and documents the administrations of medications and treatments per physician orders
• Assesses patients routinely and with changes of condition
• Communicates changes of condition, test results, etc. as per company policy
• Educates patients as necessary
• Ensures the patient care plan is implemented
• Supervises and coordinates LPN's & CNA's
