Job summary

The Center at CenterPlace in Greeley, CO seeks a team-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) to support patient outcomes with flexible PRN options. This role focuses on compassionate care, safety, and collaboration with the care team.

• Ensures the patient care plan is implemented.
• Supervises and coordinates LPNs & CNAs.
