Job summary

The Center at CenterPlace in Greeley, CO, is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join the night shift team. You will administer medications, monitor patients, and coordinate care to support optimal outcomes in a rehab setting.

As a key member of our care team, you will assess conditions, communicate changes, educate patients, and help implement care plans, with supervision of LPNs and CNAs as needed.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Night shift availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administers and documents the administrations of medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Assesses patients routinely and with changes of condition.
• Communicates changes of condition, test results, etc. as per company policy.
• Educates patients as necessary.
• Ensures the patient care plan is implemented.
• Supervises and coordinates LPNs & CNAs.
