Qualifications

• 0-2 years of clinical nursing experience or student rotations in an acute care setting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and delivers high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with policies and nursing processes.
• Conducts thorough patient assessments and documents findings; reports changes to care team.
• Administers prescribed medications, monitors for side effects, and documents administration.
• Assists physicians during procedures within documented competency and scope.
• Educates patients and families on care plans, discharge instructions, and safety measures.
