Job summary

Nurses and More, Inc offers a Staff Relief RN position to provide individualized care for pre- and post-surgical patients in ambulatory settings. This PRN daytime role runs between 6:30 AM and 5 PM with a starting pay of $48 per hour.

Must have a NC or compact RN license and at least one year of direct patient care experience, with preferred exposure to ICU/PACU/OR and wound care. Responsibilities include administering medications, wound care, patient assessments, and education while maintaining

Qualifications

• Must have RN license valid in NC or a compact state.
• Minimum one year of RN direct patient care experience required.
• Wound care experience preferred (ICU/PACU/OR/pre-op helpful).

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care.
• Maintain infection control and a safe patient environment.
• Administer medications as prescribed.
• Provide wound care to patients.
• Conduct patient assessments and document findings.
• Respond to emergencies and perform basic life support as needed.
• Educate patients and families on care plans.
