Job summary

Cleveland Clinic is seeking a PRN RN for the Pediatric Stepdown Unit at the Main Campus in Cleveland, OH. This role offers per diem scheduling and day shifts, with a focus on delivering high-quality pediatric care.

The RN will provide direct nursing care, monitor patient plans, and coordinate discharge needs while adhering to hospital policies and patient safety standards. BLS required; ACLS for Critical Care areas may be needed depending on unit assignments.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing (Diploma, ADN, BSN) required.
• BSN preferred.

Requirements

Education

• Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing (Diploma, ADN, BSN program) required
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred

Experience

• 2 years of recent related nursing experience required for external applicants
• Internal applicants with less than 2 years’ experience may be considered with approval

Licenses & Certifications

• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required for Critical Care areas
