Banner Health is seeking a resilient RN to join the Boswell MS PCU Oncology unit on a PRN basis in Sun City, AZ. You will provide skilled nursing care, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and ensure accurate documentation and discharge planning.

This unit features 22 private rooms with potential expansion and a focus on oncology and general surgeries. The role requires 18 months RN experience, 12 months PCU experience, BLS/ACLS, and a week-long orientation.

Qualificações

• Minimum 18 months RN work experience.
• Minimum 12 months Progressive Care Unit experience (within the last year and a half).
• BLS and ACLS are required upon hire.
• Orientation is a full-time, week-long commitment with both virtual and in-person training.

Responsabilidades

• Assess patient needs and plan/discharge needs with patient/family and care team.
• Develop and revise a care plan with realistic, measurable goals.
• Provide direct patient care and supervise the care by others.
• Document nursing care, treatments, and patient responses.
• Communicate clearly with physicians and care team for continuity of care.
• Participate in education, mentorship, and leadership activities as needed.
