Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Nursing is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
• 2+ years of nursing experience in an acute hospital setting.
• RN license and BLS certification required; TNCC preferred.
• Fluent English in reading, speaking, and writing.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates critical thinking appropriate to patient care levels.
• Collects and documents patient health data timely.
• Performs assessments and develops evidence-based care plans.
• Administers medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Communicates with patients, families, and staff to ensure safety.
• Maintains compliance with regulatory standards and policies.
• Participates in quality, safety, and practice improvement initiatives.
• Provides patient advocacy and supports handoff documentation.
