AdventHealth Palm Coast is seeking a StaffFlex RN for a 13-week contract to provide direct patient care in an acute hospital setting. You will assess patients, document data, implement care plans, administer medications, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes.

The role requires RN license, BLS, 2+ years of acute care, English fluency, and strong critical thinking. This temporary position offers Day One benefits and a supportive team focused on

Qualifications

• Must be able to use a high level of abstract reasoning to assess patient, evaluate interventions, and revise plan of care according to patient outcomes.
• Basic computer skills – must be able to navigate Microsoft windows based programs.
• Must be fluent in English (read, verbal and written skills).
• RN license and BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Collects and documents patient health data systematically and timely.
