Job summary
Cedar Hill Healthcare & Rehabilitation, a Certus Healthcare community in Zanesville, Ohio, seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality nursing care to residents. Qualifications
- Current LPN or RN license in Ohio.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to perform clinical assessments and vital signs.
- Familiarity with electronic health records is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor patient health and relay updates to the team.
- Assist in care plan development and implementation.
- Perform assessments and document findings in EHR.
- Educate residents and families on health management.
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure care.
- Document progress accurately in the EHR.
