Sioux Center Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for its Care Center in Sioux Center, IA. This part-time, PRN position requires an Iowa nursing license, CPR within 3 months, and LTC experience preferred.

You will direct resident care, assess health status, and supervise staff in a faith-based, community-focused setting. The role involves rotating 8- and 12-hour shifts, nights, weekends, and on-call as needed, with responsibilities across the nursing

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with current Iowa license.
• Minimum of 1 year in Long Term Care preferred.
• CPR certification within 3 months of hire.

Responsabilités

• Direct and supervise resident care using the nursing process.
• Assess health status and develop care plans with goals.
• Mentor CNAs, supervise meals and hydration, and document care.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Ensure compliance with Iowa Nursing Practice Code and facility standards.
