Job summary

Eventide Senior Living Communities seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for PRN shifts at Eventide on Eighth Care Center. 12-hour day or night shifts available, with a minimum of 24 hours per month and two weekend shifts each month.

The RN/LPN provides nursing care, administers medications, documents in the EMR, supports residents and families, and collaborates with physicians and CNAs. We offer a competitive wage, comprehensive benefits, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Active Minnesota RN license or ability to obtain upon hire.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.
• Willingness to work PRN hours and two weekend shifts monthly.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents’ health through physical assessments, observations, and interviews.
• Administer medications and treatments per policies and standards.
• Document in EMR and maintain plans of care with interdisciplinary team.
• Coordinate care with physicians, CNAs/NA-R, and other staff.
• Ensure adequate staffing and communicate resident needs to families.
• Provide education and support to residents and families.
