Job summary

Logan Health in Kalispell, MT is seeking a PRN Registered Nurse for our Home Health team. You will provide compassionate, patient-centered care in patients' homes, perform assessments, care planning, and clinical evaluations, and collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless continuity of care.

Requirements include Montana RN license (or compact), BSN preferred, 2+ years in a similar setting, clean driving record, and BLS/RQI within 7 days.

Qualifications

• Montana RN license or multi-state compact license required.
• BSN degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar nursing role.
• Valid driving record with no major offenses in 36 months.
• Current BLS and RQI Provider within 7 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary home health nursing care, including assessment, care planning, and evaluations.
• Transcribe orders and implement treatments per provider’s instructions.
• Document encounters and educate patients and families on health needs.
• Coordinate care with other health professionals and ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain infection control and confidentiality standards.
