Good Samaritan – Bethany in Brainerd, MN is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for PRN/on-call shifts. The RN will provide individualized care to residents using the nursing process and collaborate with families and an interdisciplinary team.

The role includes potential charge nurse duties, delegation, and ensuring safe, reliable care in a long-term skilled nursing setting. Position offers shift variety (days, evenings, nights) with weekend rotations and added incentives.

Qualifications

• RN license in Minnesota (unencumbered) and/or multi-state license
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred
• Graduate from nationally accredited nursing program (CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA)

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Coordinate care with residents, families and interdisciplinary team.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to team members; ensure safe, reliable resident care.
