Job summary

Johns Hopkins Intrastaff is seeking a Registered Nurse to support care delivery across Johns Hopkins Health System locations in Maryland. This role emphasizes evidence-based nursing, collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, and adherence to Johns Hopkins policies and procedures.

Shifts are arranged with 2 shifts every 6 weeks; no weekend or holiday commitments. The position offers hourly compensation at $45-55 per hour and potential contract transition for a higher rate.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, 1 year recent experience in specialty.
• BLS certification (AHA required), ACLS preferred in ICU/IMC/procedural areas
• Current RN license in the state of Maryland, or licensed in a compact state

Responsibilities

• Facilitating and coordinating care using nursing process and hospital policies.
• Provide leadership to/management of other team members to promote quality, safety, and excellence.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary health care team to support program initiatives.
• Promote improvement initiatives that support specialty areas.
• Implement initiatives as directed by nursing and medical leadership.
• Foster a clinical environment of service excellence.
