Job summary

Johns Hopkins Intrastaff is recruiting an experienced registered nurse to join the Johns Hopkins Health System. You will facilitate and coordinate patient care, following the nursing process and Hopkins policies, while guiding other team members to uphold quality and safety.

The role requires at least 2 years of nursing experience, with 1 year in the relevant specialty. BLS is required; ACLS is preferred for ICU/IMC/procedural areas.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience.
• 1 year recent experience in the specialty to be worked.
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred in ICU/IMC/procedural areas.

Responsibilities

• Facilitating and coordinating care using the nursing process and Hopkins policies.
• Providing direction to team members to promote quality and safety.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary health care team to support program initiatives.
• Participating in improvement initiatives that support area of specialty.
• Implementing specialty initiatives as directed by nursing and medical leadership.
• Fostering a clinical environment of service excellence.
