Crossover Health in Austin, TX is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team-based Primary Health model. You will provide direct patient care within a collaborative care team and contribute to an exceptional patient experience.

The RN will coordinate care, administer vaccines and phlebotomy services, and participate in quality improvements while supporting patient-centered access to health services in person and virtually.

Competenze

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Active RN license in the practicing state.
• Current BLS certification is required.

• Provides direct patient care in a collaborative, interdisciplinary team.
• Performs care management and follows up with patients to coordinate services.
• Participates in quality improvement and reporting per practice policies.
